Property Policies

Payment Policy

Credit card details required to secure your booking. A deposit of one nights accommodation is required, deposit will be taken at time of booking. Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.

Cancellation Policy

A $20 administration & cancellation fee will be deducted from ALL deposits. The $20 cancellation fee is applicable per unit/site. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date the deposit will be retained, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. No refunds will be issued for  early departures. Reservations are not transferable.
